Representing Customer

The customer agrees to use this website at its own risk and understands and accepts that by using this website and/or the services provided by GOWIN18, the customer may lose all shares and the customer fully accepts this responsible for such losses.

The customer hereby unconditionally agrees and revokes and warrants to GOWIN18 that the customer will not become an agent or affiliate of GOWIN18 and the customer will not participate in the market without prior written notice from GOWIN18. Advertise, promote or publicize GOWIN18 or its services without the prior written consent of GOWIN18. 

The customer warrants not to attempt attacks, hacks, make unauthorized changes or introduce malicious code to the Website. Accordingly, customer is not limited to (a) reverse engineering or translating the software; (b) copying, duplicating, transmitting, distributing, using or distributing all or any portion of the site or any content or information contained on the site; (c) disclosure; (d) breach any of the terms set forth in this agreement, in particular but not limited to clause 6 below, or in any way defraud, deceive, cheat or defraud the company through the use or use of the company's services; or the website if the company suspects that the customer has failed to comply with the provisions of these terms, the company for further investigation, in addition to any remedial measures, if it is confirmed that the customer has failed to comply with the provisions of these terms. If the customer resides in a jurisdiction where such winnings are taxable or disclosure is required by law, the customer will report any and all winnings to the appropriate authorities and the company shall have no liability to the customer for the customer's failure to do so.

Customer agrees to promptly indemnify, defend and hold harmless company, its officers and employees, its consultants, consultants, distributors and suppliers from and against any and all liability for damages, losses, expenses and claims. All fees include attorneys' fees. Account and Personal Information

Customer may only deposit funds to the company via payment methods pre-approved by the website. Customer shall deposit and receive funds through the company using the same payment solution authorized by the company (the 'Payment Solution'). Customers may only open one account on the company's website. The company may close any open account and refund any unpaid amounts to the customer, or all such accounts may be treated as one joint and consolidated account. In both cases, this will be determined jointly by the company at its sole discretion. Customer agrees that company may use any method it deems appropriate to determine whether two or more accounts belong to the same customer.

As a registered customer, we will provide customer with a username and password ('Account Access Information') for customer's use. Customer is responsible for ensuring that account access information remains confidential at all times and customer is fully responsible for any misuse and/or unauthorized disclosure of account access information to any person. If the customer is concerned that the security of its account access information has been compromised or has been accessed by and third party, the customer shall notify the company immediately when the company can provide the customer with new account access information. Any bets or requests that can be made online using the correct account access information will be considered valid.

If the customer believes that his account information has been improperly used by a third party, he should notify the company as soon as possible so that the company can suspend the account. The company will not be liable in any way for any damages and after the customer notifies the company that their account access information has been compromised and the company suspends the account, any bets or online requests made using that account access information will be cancelled. The company may from time to time require customers to change their passwords or account access information, or the company may suspend a customer's account if the company has reason to believe that there may have been a breach of security or misuse of the site. The company may in its sole discretion, change customer's account access information by providing notice to customer.

In order to maintain a high level of security and protect customer funds, the company may conduct random security checks. The customer agrees that when conducting such security checks, the company reserves the right to request additional information and/or documentation from the customer to confirm that the customer is the account holder.

Customer should check their account balance each time they use the site. If there is a discrepancy between the customer account balance, the customer is responsible for notifying the company of the discrepancy and informing the company of the customer's transactions since the date the customer last confirmed his or her account balance. If company fails to notify customer of such discrepancy in the account within thirty (30) calendar days of the last day of any month, customer agrees to waive and recover any such discrepancy. There is a discrepancy between the customer account balance and the acceptance of all data in the customer account as of the end of the period. Customer may notify company of any such discrepancy in customer's account balance using the contact information provided in the 'Contact Us' section of this website.

The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to close or suspend any company customer's account with the company and to refund or freeze the balance of such account without prior notice to the customer. However, in this case, customers who have validly placed bets in accordance with these terms and conditions will cash out outstanding bets.

Customer can withdraw funds from their accounts without notifying the company of the confirmed remaining balance and by following the withdrawal guidelines provided on the website. Customer may cancel its account with company at any time by notifying company in writing of its intention to do so by contacting company via the contact information provided in this section. If customer decides to cancel its account with the company, customer must immediately cease use of the site. A bet or online request will only be deemed to invalidate an account not previously received after the company has informed the customer that his or her account has been cancelled. Customer will remain responsible for any activity that occurs prior to receiving notice of account termination from company.

Customer is responsible for actively maintaining customer's account with the company. In such case, customer must log into the website at least once and use company's services in any twelve (12) month period. If a customer's account is inactive for several months. For a period of twelve (12) months or more, the company reserves the right to close the customer's account with the company, and the customer agrees to forfeit any outstanding balance and all claims incurred by the company.

The company may immediately suspend or terminate customer's account at any time if customer violates any provision of these terms of service. If the customer breaches any provision of these terms of service (as determined by the company in its sole discretion), the company reserves all rights and remedies against the customer under these terms and conditions and as required by law and reserves the right to retain any outstanding funds of the customer as the customer guarantees for obligations under this customer and/or any liability arsing from any breach by the customer of these terms and conditions.

Gambling

The company only accepts bets from customers who register online through the website.

Bets are deemed to have been placed when the customer is online through the website, the website is deemed to be within the jurisdiction of the internet protocol address received by the company from the customer when accessing the website, and will only be deemed accepted if. All electronic transactions are recorded by the company for the benefit of the customer and the company. When a dispute occurs and the company's management cannot resolve it, the relevant records will serve as evidence of the dispute. Customer and company agree that such records shall be the final authority for the true and correct resolution of such disputes and for the resolution of such disputes as a final claim.

The company reserves the right to suspend or prohibit further betting on the market at any times as the company deems appropriate without prior notice to the customer, any bets attempted by the customer will be deemed appropriate as long as the market is suspended or the account cannot be accessed denied.

The company reserves the right to exercise its discretion. The customer may, at its sole discretion and without explanation, reject any bet or any part of any bet without explanation and/or suspend or close its account at any time and for any reason, with or without explanation. This will be determined individually and at the evidentiary discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that continued use of the account may cause any harm or loss to the customer or the company , or during the curse of an investigation into a breach of the terms and conditions, rules and regulations or policies. Privacy if the company confirms that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or a customer files a complaint.  

Without limitation, the company shall not be liable for any damage or loss assumed or alleged to be caused or incurred in connection with the site or its content, including (without limitation) any delay or interruption in operation or transmission, communications line failure, use or misuse of the site or any errors or omissions in its content, or any related content.

Bets will be accepted until bets are accepted by the published deadline. ('Deadline') For any event, such deadline shall be agreed to by the customer. If a bet is unexpectedly accepted after the time has elapsed, the bet will be void and the company reserves the right to cancel the bet.

Customer's credit or debit card deposit is not valid until full payment has been received by the company (or ts authorized payment solution) before the customer initiates any bets. If the customer fails to make such payment before placing a bet, the bet will automatically be void if the bet is made by the customer to the company.

The customer's account balance must reflect the amount of bets the customer can place, no other bets are allowed.

All prices/lines shown on the website are subject to change, but this will be determined at the time the bet is placed. The company reserves the right to exercise its discretion. We reserve the right to change odds, prices or any information regarding any bet type, market or event at our sole discretion without explanation and without prior notice to the customer. However, the company reserves the right to invalidate or reject any affected application at its sole discretion. Place your bets at any time, or have any errors corrected due to errors, omissions or incorrect prices or any information regarding any type of bet, market or event. When displayed, company will post a prominent notice on the website regarding such events.

The maximum bet amount a customer may place on any market or event will vary depending on the specific bet type and may be changed at the company's sole discretion without prior notice.

The maximum withdrawal for all games of our company is 100 times the deposit amount. 

Example: Deposit AUD 50 x 100 times = Maximum Withdrawal AUD 5,000.

The Company Operates With Limited Liability

Once the final results is confirmed, the winnings will be recorded or deducted from the customer's account. The company reserves the right to select the source of final results it deems appropriate and appropriate.

The company shall not be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions resulting from circumstances beyong its reasonable control.

The company reserves the right to withdraw the site or any element of the site at any time and while reserving any rights the customer may have to object to the deposit of funds to their account, the company will not be liable to the customer in any other manner, the result of such actions.

Using The Website

Without limiting your pursuit of any alternatives, company may limit you ability to use the site, suspend or terminate your account. If the company has reason to believe that the customer will cause any betting losses or funds to be strictly withheld. Or suspect that the company's  transactions with customers constitute fraudulent activities, misconduct or involve money laundering. Customers should be aware that if they use this website, they are violating any local or national laws regarding fraud or money laundering. Any payments made by the company to customers may be at risk of forfeiture or freezing by the company. To the extent permitted by law, the company does not accept any liability to customers if we are required to provide information or documents about  customers to regulatory authorities.
